Indian Employees are now Fed up with Work from Home: Reports || Want to start Work From Office

After the Pandemic of COVID 19, People started working from home. Multinational Companies also offered Work From Home for some more months. Some of the American Companies also declared Permanent Work From Home eg. Capital One is the one of the largest Financial Company in USA who declared permanent WFH from now onwards. People also started working from home and its environment suits best to handle Home & Work at a same time but now the news comes that as per the research conducted by "Barco" with the extension of Lockdown:

* 77% (White-collar Employees) of the employees wants to return to the office and wants to end work from home.

* 49% of the employees wants to return to its Official Life

* Only 15% wants to continue working from home

Maximum companies started Work From Home from the starting of COVID 19 (from March 2020 onwards) and saw that employees are working efficiently and effectively from Home. It also saved their Daily Up-Down Travelling Time also saved the Companies cost of Premises.

Barco has done the survey among 1,750 employees of different countries like United States of America, India, France, Germany, Australia, United Arab Emirates etc. through "Dynata" (Dynata, is a global online market research firm based in Plano, Texas and Shelton, Connecticut)

India's Case: As per the reports, 65% of the employees wants to work from Home but with a Hybrid working System. It means Working from Home as well as visiting Office sometimes for Working Requirements. but according to the survey, maximum employees doesn't wan to permanently work from Home in future. It ca be extended for some more time until the effect of COVID not end then they wants to continue from Office with Hybrid System

Employees need freedom as well as official environment to maintain Work & Home at same time. They wants to work only 1.8 days (Approximately 2 Days) at Home

62% of the employees also wants to work in Huge offices instead of small Rooms like environment
