At first, I wasn't aware that there is another office of Airtel at Sector 34, Gurgaon apart from the Main office at sector 18, Gurgaon. If your Employer has credited/paid an extra amount in a particular month then they can adjust the excess amount from the following two methods (both methods are legal): 1. Employer can take that extra amount in the form of cash from you. 2. or, an Employer can deduct the extra credited amount from your next salary. But make sure, the employer needs your permission/consent before the selection of refund processes in both of the cases.
