Secure Application for the Internet by Indian Army || SAI Message App for Indian Army || Safest App for India Army for Communication


We all know the Indian - China - Pakistan conflicts. These situations are increasing day by day. We hear conflicts, wars, border & Privacy issues on daily basis. Some of the hashtags are getting famous over the internet like:

India also banned 118 Chinese Mobile Applications because it is said that these applications are taking crucial and private data of Indian Citizens and using against our brave soldiers who are saving us from external forces. Government of India's this step was really amazing.

In this line up, Indian army also introduced its Own (Self/Home build) Mobile Application for Messaging which will be called "SAI - Secure Application for the Internet"

This Applications is built specially for Indian Army & Indian Armed Forces to communicate internally with secured platform. This Application supports End-to-End Encrypted Text, Voice & Video calling. The messages & documents shared on this app will be totally encrypted and safe between sender & receiver. 

The App has been created/developed by Colonel Sai Shankar (on which name the Application's name was taken) and tested and approved by Government Agency CERT (Indian Computer Emergency Response Team) & ACG (Army Cyber Group of India)

As per the reports, this application will be only used by the soldiers. There are not any confirmations or report issued from Indian Army, whether this application (SAI) will available for normal people or not. 
Above given information's are received from Government but the App interface & other features are yet to be revealed.
As per the reports, the full application development is under process and will available soon for use. 

"This model is similar to available messaging applications like WhatsApp, Telegram, which has end-to-end encryption messaging protocol. SAI also scores over on security features with local in-house servers and coding, which can be tweaked as per requirements," said the ministry

This step was taken after the Indo-China conflicts and after the ban of 118 Chinese applications. This helps India to move towards Self Reliance and this will also remove dependency on Foreign Applications for Text & secured communications. The dats will always remain in our home country and on outsider can use for its own benefit
