What is "I'm Feeling Lucky" Button on Google Search ? || I'm feeling Lucky on Google

We search many things on Google on a daily basis. What we deal with always is "Search" Button on Search page but we always see "I'm Feeling Lucky" Tab there but we always ignore this.

Have you ever thought Why there is "I'm feeling lucky" button beside of Search Button on Google Home Page ? 


As per the Wikipedia: Google's homepage includes a button labeled "I'm Feeling Lucky". This feature originally allowed users to type in their search query, click the button and be taken directly to the first result, bypassing the search results page.
It means whenever we search something in Google, we press enter and it shows us the various results in different pages but If you write search description and click on "I'm feeling lucky" then Google will redirect you to the first search result and open that Web Page.


For Example: Just Type Facebook on Google and click "I'm feeling lucky" then google will directly open the Facebook's Home page not search results on google because the first search result for Facebook on Google Search Result is www.facebook.com

Benefit of I'm feeling lucky button on Google Search

It allows you to directly jump on the required website instead of searching the website on Google Search List. 

It's only helpful in case when you need to open specific website. But in case when you don't know the website but searched for better results/article on google search then please ignore to use this feature.
