From the past few decades, google is the most important part of our daily life. We use Google services on daily basis. From Searching, E Mailing, Video Chats, Payments, Games, Movies, Music etc.

From time to time, Google is updating its policies & updating its services to provide the better services to its users. Recently google updated all the Logos, designs, interface & looks of many applications and services. Google made some changes in Google Photos that customers need to pay for some editing tools. Now, another news comes that the Google is implementing its new policy from 1st June 2021 according to which the some google accounts may close after the implementation of this policy.

What is in the New Policy of Google from June 2021?

According to new google policy which will be implemented from June 2021, its is said that If you are not using or not active for 2 years on Gmail, Google Drive and Google Photos then google will remove all the contents from them and close your account.

If we want to use these services even further then we need to increase the daily activity on these platforms more than previous. It means if we want to use these services continuously, then we have to be more active.

Google is so generous to us always (LOL). Google will inform you before deletion of contents and account. They will not be going to inform you after removing all the contents. First, they will inform you then even after the notification, you are not active on these services then they will delete.

What we thought that the reason behind this step is: Google has huge user base throughout the world. The more users and more inactive accounts mean more burden on its servers. Because of inactive accounts the Services of Google are using for these accounts also which is a completely wastage. Google has its own building like servers but these useless & non-active accounts also increase the maintenance cost for google and also slow down the speed for other active users. That is why google has to take this huge step which is quite good
