How Trucaller Works? How Trucaller Notify us about Calls & Messages before Phone?

If you are a Trucaller user then you may noticed that whenever someone’s calls us, you get the notification from Trucaller that “This Person” trying to calls you and then the Phone’s Bell Rings. Also OTP’s and messages always receives first on Trucaller then on Normal Messaging app. Have you ever thought how this happens? How Trucaller is able to notify us before any calls or messages?

Bonus Fact: This Trucaller Feature works only you are a user of Trucaller, Provides the Notification access to Trucaller & Phone is connected with Mobile Data or Wi Fi)

When a person calls, you see a notification on your notification panel before the phone rings. When Person tap on Call button, Trucaller get the information from Dialer & instantly transfer the message or notification through His Trucaller to your Trucaller Profile. We know that it take 4-5 seconds to connect the phone but Trucaller is faster than this. Wi Fi and Data services are always faster than normal network callings. Whenever you tap on Call icon, Trucaller instantly get the command that you called specific person then it will directly transfer the notification on caller’s Trucaller to whom you were trying to call and notifies with “someone is trying to call you” 

This feature can be disable from Settings on Trucaller Application or Web (if you want)

Now, we will tell you How Trucaller Works?

Whenever you download and create the profile on Trucaller, it will ask you for Contact, Notification, Message & Location Permissions and we provide without thinking a single time. From this activity, Trucaller get all the contact details from our phonebook because we provided it the access of contacts. The same happens with all the other users. It means Trucaller have billions of contact details on its database. Now, whenever an unknown number contact us, Trucaller displays the name of that person which they got from the database and shows us the Exact Name of caller (almost accurate names in most of the times)

Confusion arises here that every person save the contact number of other person with Different Names then How Trucaller provides the exact name of the caller?

Trucaller algorithms always works in the background which get the calculations and summarize the same contact with Different Names and Pick Out the most Common name saves by the most of the Trucaller Users.

Also, it that contact is registered on Trucaller then Trucaller will also get the name from his Profile and with its algorithms, it shows you the best result which always equal as accurate.

Note: You can delete your contact from Trucaller so no-one can finds out your name when you call someone who haven’t saved your Contact on his device from Settings section on Trucaller
