As a common man, whenever we required some services from the Government, we simply go to the agents and they do our work but in return they charge huge amounts
Have you ever thought what special features they use to get your work done. the answer is "nothing"
For every government service, there is an individual website for that. Example: to prepare PAN card NSDL is there, to prepare AADHAR card UIDAI is there etc. The agents simply visit those websites and fill up the forms. The agents charge their service cost which is in big amounts. There is no special technology or special treatment they receive from the government but just they have additional knowledge about that thing which they practiced many times because of which they are able to provide those services to normal public
So, from those many services: Registration of Company in India is one of them for which people pay huge amounts to CA's, CS, Lawyers, Consultants etc. but you will be amazed after knowing that the Registration process of the company hardly takes 1,000-1,500 Rupees
Mostly people think that we required CA/CS to complete the whole process of registration of Company in MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) but the Company Registration Process in India can be completed by an Individual but there is just one or two steps where you required the signature of CA (Chartered Accountant) which can be completed by the relative or person (CA,CS) you know in your work environment

2. Objective of the Company – any 5 or 6 objectives or as maximum possible
3. Name Required for the Business (Any Two - Second one is for Backup if first one is not available on MCA portal and already taken by any other company)
4. Total Divisions of Company (Branches: If any)
5. MOA & AOA (If not Prepared then refer point 16 & 17 Below)
6. Capital Structure (Number of Total Shares, Amount of Authorized & Subscribed Share Capital)
7. Full address of the company along with Rent Agreement or Registered NOC (Rent agreement should include Period of tenancy)
8. Electricity bill of Rented Premise – Not old than 2 months
9. E-Mail ID & Contact Number of the Company
10. Detail of Other Companies/Firms/HUF as non-individual subscriber and shareholder (if any)
11. DIN numbers of Directors (if available – otherwise not required. MCA will auto provide DIN after registration)
12. All Directors Details & Documents:
13. Shares Allotted to All Directors (Quantity & Amounts of each director)
14. First Director or Primary authorized Director/Person in the Company – With Authorization Letter
15. Detail of 1 CA who will authorize the Applications (Membership Number, Name, Contact Details)
16. Fill Table F for AOA - AOA format will provide by the MCA where you can edit the required fields as per the objective of your business
17. Select A on MOA - MOA format will provide by the MCA where you can edit the required fields as per the objective of your business
18. Digital Signatures of all Directors/Subscribers
